1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TravelKashi website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue using our services.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings made through TravelKashi are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only when full payment or an agreed deposit has been made and a confirmation receipt has been issued by TravelKashi.
• Payments must be made using the methods specified on our website. TravelKashi is not responsible for any third-party payment issues.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations by the Client: All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the proximity of the cancellation date to the booking start date.
  • More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund
  • Between 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• Cancellations by TravelKashi: In the rare event that TravelKashi cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided for missed tours, services, or activities due to delays, no-shows, or other personal reasons.

4. Modifications to Bookings

• Any changes to bookings (such as date, time, or destination) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• All modification requests must be made in writing at least 10 days prior to the original booking date.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

• It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have all necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, etc.).
• TravelKashi is not liable for any issues related to incomplete or improper travel documentation.

6. Liability

• TravelKashi acts as a booking agent and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip. All services provided are subject to the local laws and regulations of the destination.
• We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

7. Third-Party Services

• TravelKashi may engage third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transportation companies) to provide services during the trip. While we ensure high-quality standards, we are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or negligence of these providers.

8. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel. TravelKashi reserves the right to refuse service to any client with serious health issues that may endanger the safety of themselves or others.

9. Force Majeure

• TravelKashi is not liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes in itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

• If you have any concerns during your trip, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Any unresolved disputes will be addressed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on the TravelKashi website, including but not limited to text, images, and graphics, is the property of TravelKashi or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

12. Amendments

• TravelKashi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
